What is the production process for an LCD advertising machine?
Many customers often ask, "How long does it take to produce 200 advertising machines?" Most companies can complete the production within 15 working days.
Let me briefly explain the advertising machine production process:
Step 1: Initial communication to determine specific requirements and collaboration terms, followed by price confirmation.
Step 2: Confirmation of collaboration and placing the production order.
Step 3: Engineer designs the drawings.
Advertising machines are highly customized products. Typically, out of 10 major clients, 9 require customization in terms of color, thickness, functionality, etc., which necessitates modifying the drawings.
Step 4: CNC punching.
After confirming the drawings, we first send the glass drawing to the glass factory since the production time for glass determines the overall time for completing the casing. Our CNC machines operate continuously for 24 hours to ensure efficient punching.
Step 5: Bending, polishing, welding, and painting.
The initial CNC-punched parts are still preliminary. We use bending machines for the bending process. After completing the bending, we proceed with welding and polishing. The final step is painting and baking.
Step 6: Component assembly.
Once all the necessary tasks are completed, we assemble all the components to form a complete casing.
Step 7: Final product assembly.
The casing assembly accounts for three-quarters of the overall machine production time. Once the finished casing is ready, we start assembling the complete machine.
Step 8: Aging test.
Step 9: Packaging and shipping.
Once we have tested the machines and they pass the client's acceptance, we securely package the goods and select a reliable logistics service to ensure safe delivery to the client's location.
The entire production process takes approximately 12-15 working days, as summarized above.
